Haiku

Haiku is Japanese poetry, most recognized in the syllable fashion of 5-7-5 in 3 lines.
Haiku focus is on the here and now... also referred to 'season'. Haiku are written from experience, are actual,concrete and in the present... whenever it happens. Haiku is an interactive collaboration, leading the reader to experience a past event in this moment.

About Me

Carole: A quilter and former designer of traditional patterns under the name of Wyndhaven Designs. I am enjoying the process of learning about art, its influences and its history. This is an ongoing process. My work is moving toward including the 'word'...as in written, Japanese style.
